As Birchwood’s pioneer residents begin to settle into their new homes, construction activity is well underway. Crews have been busy installing signage, bus shelters, landscaping, trails and a pier around the lake. The impressive 20,000 square foot Clubhouse is under construction with an anticipated opening date of summer ‘19. The Clubhouse will feature indoor and outdoor pools, game rooms, social spaces and more.
